After consultation with Mr Berthomé’s family and the Mérignac French Air Force base, we have decided to share this souvenir video made by Branch member Genevieve MONNERIS’s son, Thomas, on the anniversary of the ceremony held just over a year ago.
Base 106 (French Air Force at Merignac) broadcast it on its networks on 14 March 2024 and Branch Member, Philippe Ducastelle has posted it on his blog for 346 & 347 Sqns.
